The Alina Advisor mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Alina Advisor (“Alina Advisor,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any updates means you accept those changes.
By opting in to Alina Advisor’s SMS/text messaging Service, you consent to receiving recurring messages from and on behalf of Alina Advisor through your wireless carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if that number appears on any state or federal Do Not Call registry. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or similar technology. Service-related messages may include notifications such as order updates or account alerts. Promotional messages may include special offers, reminders, and marketing communications.
Participation is 100% voluntary. Your consent is not required as a condition for purchasing any products or services from Alina Advisor.
We do not charge a fee for messages, but normal message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply. Message frequency may vary. You are solely responsible for any SMS/text-related charges.
You can opt out at any time. To unsubscribe, text STOP to 833-452-9191 or use the unsubscribe link provided in a message (when available). You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again. If you participate in multiple Alina Advisor messaging programs, you must unsubscribe from each individually unless required otherwise by law.

We may change the phone number or short code used to deliver the Service, and we will notify you when this occurs. You understand that messages sent to a number or short code that has been changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring such requests.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number, and if your number changes, you must re-subscribe with the new number to continue receiving messages.
To the extent allowed by law, Alina Advisor is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected message delivery, errors in transmitted content, or actions taken in reliance on the information provided through the Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes opt-in details and consent data, which will not be sold or distributed to any third party.
